Upon receipt of the following, Bruno will prepare a preliminary design of your new home or addition for you to critique and return:

• Plot Plan of your site
• List of priorities for your project; e.g. large kitchen, master bath with Jacuzzi, etc.
• General size of the project

Once completed, send this to Bruno and, in return, he will provide you with a free quote for his services.

If you wish to proceed, you sign the quote and forward 50% of the fee. Upon receipt of your payment, Bruno will prepare a preliminary design for you to critique and return. Once you are satisfied with the preliminary design, you send the balance owed and Bruno will complete the designs and structural information and provide you with six sets of plans and two copies of the RESCheck. This completes your purchase.
